In 1974, shortly after Hwy 1 was finally paved from Cabo to Tijuana, over 100 Airstream owners rallied on the site which would become Posada Concepcion.

Our winter visitors loved the location and slowly built palapa structures around and above the trailers.

'Our little beach town' slowly develops. Permanent walls enclose the trailers.

Trailers are replaced with beautiful beach homes!
